What you’ll be doing

Take control of the whole game's features and components, as well as lead the product design and code parts, creating a project architecture that incorporates technological best-practices.

Creating quickly build prototypes for demonstrating the game concepts when necessary.

Write well designed, efficient, and well-documented code for cross-platform mobile games.

Help game directors and producers to estimate work and participating in feature planning, making effective tool choices and process improvements, and identify and mitigate project risks.

Collaborate with producers, designers, artists, QA, and others to ensure games are responsive, engaging and runs optimally in terms of quality, responsiveness and performance.

Leave content and build pipelines better than their initial condition, pitching innovative and optimal coding practices, and creating and optimizing technical processes within the team.

Mentor and assist junior and intermediate developers to build their skills and maximize the quality of their work through knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews and participate in the recruiting process for prospective coworkers

Develop support tools and custom editors to simplify the work of other team members.

Is this you?

You have a proven track record as software developer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience using Unity and C# for 3D games or apps.

You have professional experience developing games or apps on iOS & Android mobile devices, and all aspects of mobile game development. Ability to integrate third-party SDKs and plugins.

You have an excellent understanding of the real-time graphics GPU pipeline, shading and post-processing.

You have an excellent 3D math skills & experience with physics based games.

You have understanding of developing various modules like UI, game environment rendering, logic and AI implementations.

You have a deep understanding of profiling & optimization approaches for efficient rendering.

You have an excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A team player able to translate technical solutions into language that non-technical peers will understand.

You have understanding of the UX design process and previous experience working with user experience design and/or development teams.

You are self-motivated, autonomous and able to lead development efforts with the goal of delivering projects on time.

You have crazy high standards and seek for excellence on everything you do, with an eye for optimization and solid code.
